TCK-1400 crack injection epoxy glue is a 2-component epoxy resin with low viscosity used for pumping/injecting into cracks or reinforcing concrete structures, with high chemical resistance, abrasion and impact resistance. It is designed to bond medium cracks, separated from concrete and steel parts, the material only hardens once, Epoxy TCK-1400 glue provides high physical strength against rust, and is therefore suitable to prevent rust on steel bars and restore concrete strength.

Characteristics of TCK-1400 Crack Pump Epoxy Glue
Thanks to the high flexibility based on low viscosity of TCK-1400 Epoxy adhesive, it allows easy penetration into small cracks or basic components of the structure and also allows perfect injection at the end. concrete cracks by minimizing surface tension.
Its slow hardening process makes it work easily and virtually no shrinkage is found when fully hardened. It has optimal levels of viscosity and fluidity for high pressure and low pressure sealant pumping.
The excellent adhesive strength of epoxy resin ensures that the hard components maintain a sufficient adhesive strength for cement mortar, concrete and reinforcing steel bars, etc.
